Classical architecture is the basis for these ceramic wall pieces, designed for residential, public and corporate spaces. Many summers in Italy have provided the inspiration for these "Frammenti" (Fragments). Multi-layered colors and textures offer an aura of timelessness and antiquity. Hollow-constructed modular units are hand carved, glazed and stained. Works range in size from 15 inches square to six feet, and are wired for easy installation.

Bright intense colors evoke the purple, blue, pink and yellow palette of my own perennial garden in these wheel-thrown and hand-built vessels. In these works, the natural qualities of the clay forming process are visible. The spiraling and deep indentations in the forms provide a sense of energy and movement. Works range in size from 6 to 27 inches.
