Southern has an ultimate club!  If you wish to get involved, just show up at practice (schedule), or send an email to

ultimate-frisbee@southernct.edu

to get more information.  Everyone from beginner (never thrown a disc before) to superstar is welcome.  If you don't know how to play, we'll teach you.  If you do know to play, come join us.  The club sends teams to tournaments all over the northeast as often as possible during the semester.  

If you're interested in ultimate, but not sure you want to join the club team, there are plenty of other opportunities in Connecticut. Helpful information about ultimate in general and about local ultimate action can be found at

Note, you don't have to have anything to do with Yale in order to join the YDSF group online or for pickup games!
