a. UCF revised By-Laws reviewed
i. Item I.B. A revision of the timing (or language of timing) of appointment of subcommittee chairs was discussed.
ii. K. Lacey raised the issue of release time for subcommittee chairs.  They may not be able to use/receive reassigned time, if they are already at 12 credits because credits would then be carried as overload credits.  This may need to be brought to AAUP's attention.
b. Vote on Revised UCF By-Laws will be done when all the revisions are made.

Meeting adjourned at 10:48 a.m.

These minutes are respectfully submitted by Michele Vancour.
