Minutes from 12/14/1999 were approved.

CHE 240. Quantitative Analysis. - Revised course

J. Bloch moved to approve. P. Palma seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

ACC 298. Special Topics in Accounting. - New Course

G. Puerschner moved to approve. K. Mauro seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

ACC 370. Accounting Information System.-Revision of class size.

J. Bloch moved to refer the action to UCF Steering Committee with the recommendation of a discussion open to all UCF.

C. McDaniels seconded the motion. The motion passes unanimously.

G. Puerschner moved to accept the proposal upon receipt of the following revisions: Concise catalogue description and alphabetized bibliography.

C. McDaniels seconded. The motion passed unanimously.

FIN 460. Treasury Management. - New Course

G. Puerschner moved to accept proposal upon receipt of the following revisions: Concise catalogue description and change of contact hours.

J. Bloch seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

HIS 235. The Holocaust. - New Course

P. Palma moved to approve proposal upon receipt of the following revisions: Concise catalogue description, alphabetized bibliography, and complete citations.

C. McDaniels seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. After further discussion the committee decided to review the course further. L. Kohrn made a motion to reconsider HIS 235. G. Puerschner seconded the motion. The motion passed 6-0-1.

Dr. Paddock will be invited to the next meeting.

HIS 258. American Indian History. - New Course

Proposal was sent back because it was incomplete.

Committee agreed to invite Dr. R. Mullen at the next meeting to discuss MIS 200 (Introduction to MIS) and MIS 400 (Global Information System).
