Present: Adam Aburgi, Bill Elwood, Sandy Lueder, Michele, Michele Thompson, Troy Paddock.

Sandy Lueder presented the following minors for approval: Advertising & Business-To-Business. The rationale for the two minors was to provide students with more marketability. Vote: 5 for, 0 against, 1 abstention.

Troy Paddock presented the minor in German Area Studies. Vote: 5 for, 0 against, 1 abstention..

The following resolution was presented: Whereas the Undergraduate Curriculum Forum is responsible for overseeing the undergraduate curriculum; whereas the minor is an integral part of undergraduate education; whereas there is no current system for identifying, tracking or certifying minors: Be it resolved that the administration mandate the Office of the Registrar to establish a procedure to identify, track and certify minors.

The resolution was passed unanimously. 6 for, 0 against, 0 abstentions.
