MINUTES - MEETING OF January 26, 2005

NPIC - New Programs and Innovations Committee

Debbie Weiss, NPIC Chair, called a "virtual meeting" via email of the committee on January 24th.

Members of the committee are:  Debbie Weiss (Chair), Adam Abugri, (Co-Chair), Nancy Bobrek (Recording), Charlie Dellinger-Pate, Joe Goralski, Betty Horn, Jessica Kenty-Drane, Doris Marino.

The agenda consisted of the notification of Special Topics courses for logging.

I. Notification of New Special Topics Courses - Eleven new Special Topics Courses were presented:

Betty Horn made a motion that the eleven courses presented be logged. At the request of the NPIC Chair, ten of the eleven courses logged have been approved retroactively to December 15, 2005. The one exception is Art 498, Plein Air Painting, which is approved as of January 24, 2006. The motion was seconded by Joe Goralski. The vote was unanimous.
