Description of logged courses
ENG 398 - Writing for the Web
This course will focus on the use of social media in professional writing environments. Students will explore the uses of blogs, wikis, social networks and other interactive web applications by writers in workplace settings, particularly compared to traditional print.
HIS 398 - Late Roman Empire
History of the Late Roman Empire from the 2nd Century through the 6th Century C.E. Topics of discussion include the Christianization of Rome, the "Fall" of the Roman Empire, the legacy of Roman culture, and the resultant change in politics, religion, and society of Rome.
NUR 498 - Health Care Ethics
Advanced explorations of current developments, issues, and trends in the field of healthcare.
SOC 298 - Population and Society
This course will provide a historical perspective of population and introduce the tools necessary to describe size, growth, and structure.
B. NPIC was presented and reviewed the new minor program proposal in Film Studies. We have forwarded our questions and comments to the Media Studies Department and have invited them to our April 22nd meeting for discussion.
