PROGRAM REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE
Minutes of: April 4th 2002

Present: C. Coron (chair), A. Kumar, H. Podnar.

After the final reading of the "Program Assessment Survey", the members agreed that the version is ready for distribution. The distribution and collection of the survey will be done by means of campus mail. A previously compiled list of faculty interested in the survey will be used for the delivery. The members will carefully follow the survey return rate, and personally contact departments that might have overlooked it. Any help from UCF members on the departmental level is welcome.

The analysis of the survey data could start when a statistically significant number of surveys is collected. Based on the established survey instruments, the data will be presented in numerical format. All the survey data and the final summary will be available for inspection. The preferred media of presentation will be the Internet. At the end of the meeting, the committee members expressed their optimism regarding the survey.
