Minutes of: March 6th 2003

Present: K. Buterbaugh, E. O'Sullivan. H. Podnar, W. Shyam.

Started: 10:15am.

Despite the unpleasant snow storm, the PRAC met shortly and discussed the possibility of performing some parts of the assessment on-line. Based on
the several Internet web sites, Dr. O'Sullivan proceeded with a suggestion
of performing an Alumni survey on-line. The members also supported the idea
of reviving the PRAC initiative to develop an Assessment help web site. The
members concluded that the on-line student surveys could be an efficient and
invaluable addition to the current evaluations forms. The surveys could be slowly incorporated into the SCSU culture, using our new on-line systems (myscsu, WebCT).
