Present: K. Buterbaugh, C. Coron (chair), C. Durwin, H. Podnar, S. Selenkas , W. Shyam.

Started: 10:10am.

At the beginning of the meeting, the chair proceeded with a short report about a recent contact with the administration. The contact included sharing of some benchmarking information, and a confirmation about allocation of new resources towards the Assessment process.

The members discussed the UCF member cycle, and expressed the view that non UCF members could join PRAC meetings, and could become active in the assessment related activities. All the current members expressed their interest in participating in these activities.

The conclusion was made that the assessment model development should be given higher priority. The future meetings should be devoted to the alternative model analysis, including the distribution of responsibilities. The discussion about the models should continue, with significant input from SCSU faculty.

The members reflected on the PRAC activities during the previous academic year, and compiled a short annual report that will be presented to UCF.
