PRAC members considered applying for a continuation of their grant for a series of on-campus assessment workshops. The discussion about the proposal details followed. PRAC also discussed actions that could be taken to improve the current workshop series.

PRAC plans to deliver three workshops for the Spring 2005 semester. The times and topics are to be announced to the UCF body.

A short report was given about the planning efforts for the upcoming CSU assessment conference. The on-line registration is available, and the faculty is encouraged to register. A member suggested publishing the glossary of assessment terms developed for the conference at the PRAC's website.

A discussion followed about the assessment culture at SCSU. A member mentioned that some faculty might find the required assessment activities unattractive since they might be used for evaluation purposes.  No conclusions were made.
