PRAC continued its efforts in collecting more information regarding the course proposals assessment component. Members contacted our sister CSU institutions and obtained requirements for their proposals. According to the collected information, it seems that SCSU proposal guidelines are comparable.

The discussion about detailed updates to the proposal guidelines followed. Based on the received School Curriculum Committees' replies, possible additions to the proposal guidelines could include: measurable student learning outcomes and detailed description of evaluation tools related to the objectives. It looks that some of the SCCs prefer more detailed outcomes descriptions usually required by accrediting bodies. PRAC members will continue their efforts on this topic.
