1. The committee decided to defer discussion of the revised report submitted by the Biology Department to a later date, because the meeting was previously scheduled to review the Nursing Department's program.
2. The committee discussed the report submitted by the Nursing Department. L. Rebeschi excused herself from the discussion, since she prepared the report for the Nursing Department
3. The committee commended the Nursing Department for their report with special note regarding the division of the expected outcomes into four categories. The committee then presented suggestions for revision to the representatives of the Nursing Department regarding clarification of the mission statement and descriptions of how the assessments are aligned with the expected outcomes. The discussion that followed enabled the Nursing Department to clarify some of these concerns and the Nursing Department will now revise its report to reflect the concerns raised by the committee.
