1. Introductions of PRAC members, UCF Chair, and department guests. Several department chairpersons and/or assessment coordinators attended today's PRAC meeting for orientation to undergraduate program review processes.

2. Review of expectations of departments undergoing academic review during this AY - Handout provided to guests highlighting specific components of the Undergraduate Program Review document pertinent to expectations for this academic year. Specifically, a description of Standards I, II, and III was discussed. Dates for submission of self-study, meeting with PRAC, submission of necessary revisions, and presentation of report to UCF were reviewed.

3. Department representatives discussed where they are at with the program review process. A sharing of ideas and suggestions followed.

4. Cynthia Coron suggested that departments begin to think about direct measurements of program outcomes in addition to indirect measurements.

5. Discussion of resources available to departments - allocation of release time, Office of Planning and Assessment. Debbie Weiss to meet with Marianne Kennedy to clarify the procedure for allocating release time for departments undergoing program review. Deb will also discuss the possibility of prorated release time for department submitting abbreviated program reviews this AY.
