Writing Board Appointments
Academic Vice President Smith consulted with UWIC on appointments of faculty and students whose terms are expiring. UWIC hoped that appointments would maintain board continuity while also taking into account the need for appointees to be able to attend meeting consistently.
Writing Board sponsors Smith and Camille Serchuk have added a side letter to the charter permitting UWIC to elect its own representatives, which may include a non-voting alternate if UWIC so desires.
HIS 247: Early Modern France
Christine Petto attended to discuss a proposal to add the course as an option for the History of World Civilizations Requirement.
APPROVED 6-0.
MAT 150: Calculus I
Marty Hartog attended to discuss a proposal to revise course prerequisites to satisfactory score on the placement exam or a grade of C- or better in MAT 122 or a grade of C- or better in MAT 120 and passing the trigonometry waiver exam.
APPROVED 7-0.
PCH 202: Introduction to Public Health
Revision of L-course proposal.
APPROVED 7-0 with provision of making corrections to course syllabus for consistency with proposal sheet.
EXS Program Revision
Proposal to revise Physical Education Requirement for students in Athletic Training Program.
APPROVED 6-0.
Score Assessment Report
