Call to Order:  9:40 a.m.

The meeting centered around a discussion of the description of UWIC as found in the draft of the UCF Constitution (p. 6, UCF Constitution 4/27/01).  Several questions were raised and a few changes in the wording of the description were suggested in order to more accurately describe the role of UWIC.  These questions and suggestions will be forwarded to the Steering Committee.
