Discussion Topics:  Cross listed courses (Undergraduate / Graduate)
                            Writing Across the Curriculum
  

We were unable to have a representative from the Graduate Council with us for our further discussion related to dual listed courses.  Suggestions for discussion next fall include inviting council members Jerry Hauselt (PSY), Mary Purdy (COM Dis.), or Susan Killion (NUR) to attend a UWIC mtg.  Committee members explored  the issue of needing to balance minimum course enrollment with the required prerequisite knowledge base necessary for student success in dual listed courses.

Further discussion focused on the ENG 98, ENG 100, ENG 101 courses and the relationship of student progress in these courses to writing in upper level courses.
