Discussion Topic:   Upper division majors, with competitive GPA standards. 
 
 Questions and issues were raised:

1) A student needs a 2.0 to remain a student but can that student find a major?
2) Transfer students from the CCC's have higher GPA's but less ability when in the major at SCSU
3) Transfer students often come out ahead of SCSU students during admission to upper division programs
