Upon the recommendation of UCF, the committee added a final line regarding completion of "incompletes" to the Deans' List criteria.  It now reads:

The Deans' List is published at the end of each semester to honor the academic achievement of full-time matriculated undergraduate students with a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.  Students must have registered for and completed at least 12 credits in letter-graded courses during the semester in question, and have no "Incomplete" for the semester.  Students with "Incomplete" grade(s) are evaluated for Deans' List when all their "Incomplete" grade(s) are changed to final grades.

The committee again discussed a Deans' List for part-time students, but tabled the discussion for further input from Lynn Kohrn on the abilities of Banner.
