I. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:35.

II. Old Business

The charter for the First-Year Experience Program Implementation Task Force was discussed and revised.

C. Weed moved "UWIC submit the charter for the First-Year Experience Program Implementation Task Force to the UCF." M. Fede seconded. The motion carried 9-0 with no abstentions.

III. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 10:00 AM.
