I. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 9:40am.

II. Old Business

No old business was on the agenda
 
III. New Business

John Mattia and Kathy Yalof from Academic Affairs presented to the sub-committee a report regarding various aspects of the undergraduate catalogue, including how the catalogue might be published in both electronic and hardcopy format to be available for incoming freshmen in early June in time for orientation.

IV. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 10:35am.
