1. Meeting called to order at 9:35 a.m.

2. Exigency Policy met with support at UCF - good discussion among those present at UCF with some good suggestions and comments. Tabled at UCF for now. WACC to revisit.

3. Website Update - Kate Marsland is working on this and will meet with Stan Walonoski to discuss options

4. Summer Workshop -  Planning has begun

5. Discussion regarding criteria for evaluating paper submissions for Writing Contest. To date 13 papers submitted. WACC to review and vote at next meeting.
