1.   The meeting was called to order at 9:45 am by the Chair

2.  Welcome to new members, introductions and discussion of committee membership

3.  Motion to elect K. Marsland as Chair as of January 2008 passed unanimously (with K. Marsland recusing herself)

4.   Minutes of April 26, 2007 approved

5.   Review of Submitted Proposals ( D. Smith provided input re: proposals  via email.)
