1. Meeting called to order at 9:36 a.m.

2. Updates from D. Carroll

1. Ilene Crawford - organized book fair focusing on writing texts February 20th. D. Carroll suggested having WACC members to be available
2. Workshops last semester - overall went well but still attendance issues - suggestions for workshops requested. Plan repeat revision workshop.
3. Need assessment plan for WACC - this will be essential in future is WACC programs are to be funded
4. D. Carroll seeking funding to support summer work for WACC faculty
5. WACC brochure being developed by one of D. Petroski's students
6. Writing contest packet distributed for review - submission deadline March 6th  -  first review by subcommittee due March 13th ; review of finalists March 19th
7. WACC guidelines revision subcommittee and WACC subcommittees below:
