1. Meeting called to order 9:45 a.m.

2. WACC members who are not able to attend a meeting will need to pick up any proposals distributed at the meeting. They will be available in the UCF office.

3. Committee divided into two teams to facilitate review of large number of proposals for the Fall 2009 semester. Teams will review and come to 12/4 meeting with motion.

a. Dual listing of approved courses and how these proposals are submitted
b. Summer W Courses: currently approval not given through WACC - it is given by Dean. Decisions are not consistent between Deans. Issue has been taken to UCF. A policy regarding this needs to be developed to address this issue.
