a. UA has been hired and trained
b. WAC Program telephone line in place and email address
c. D. Carroll and S. Corbett working together in Composition Committee's Practical Pedagogy Workshop Series
d. Website revised
e. General Education Curriculum Proposal - general discussion about implications for WACC - given the amount of writing required throughout the curriculum - this will not take the place of W-Courses - Nicole Hendersen and Jim Tate to next meeting to discuss.

5. Issues needing attention at future meetings:

 Review language regarding revision as stated in W-Course proposal
 English 112 as prerequisite for W courses to be noted in syllabi

6. Decision made to begin a  Wiki-based edit of the guidelines so that committee members can move forward quickly with the necessary revision. D. Petroski will spearhead this project.
