The general purpose of this project is to provide support for faculty who wish to examine and improve student writing in one of their courses, not necessarily with a W designation. The project will provide a forum for sharing ideas and strategies.
Compensation: The 20 participants will receive the $100/day Faculty Development stipend for attending the Teaching Academy plus an additional $100 from WAC for participating in the assessment Project.
