The Office of Public Affairs publishes SouthernLife -- a newspaper for the campus community -- monthly when classes are in session, from September through June. The paper covers major campus events and feature stories about faculty, staff and students and also includes a calendar of upcoming events, a photo essay on campus life, news briefs, and a letter from the president. Copies of SouthernLife are distributed to offices around campus and can also be picked up at the entrances to Engleman Hall, Buley Library, and the Wintergreen Building.
