ACADEMIC PROGRAM PLAN 

In the Division of Academic Affairs, the Deans' Council, led by the Provost, is responsible for academic planning, with input from faculty. Currently, a draft Academic Program Plan identifies areas of potential growth, possible new programs, programs that may need to be discontinued, along with current and future resource needs.
