Experiences in Botswana

"I found that noting the similarities rather than the differences helped me to maintain a positive outlook on my journey and also to debunk the negative perceptions that I had left the U.S.A with. I was fascinated with Botswana. I needed and wanted to know more about this mysterious country. Subconsciously, I was probably searching for normality; places and things I could identify with. Nonetheless, it was the search I needed to do in order to shed the negativity and truly embark on a journey of a lifetime."
