The goal of the International Programs at Southern Connecticut State University is to provide, on a reciprocal basis, opportunities for study, teaching, research, and internships in the various fields of instruction conducted by the university for qualified domestic and foreign students and professors, thereby promoting the general interests of global consciousness, cultural exchange, and international education at Southern.


STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMS
Long-Term SCSU Exchange Programs
Undergraduate applications are now being accepted for semester or year-long study abroad on one of our direct-exchange programs in:
- France (business courses taught in English)
- Germany (instruction in German)
- Scotland
- Canada: Quebec & Nova Scotia
Pay SCSU tuition and earn 15 credits! Financial aid applies to these programs.

Summer Study Abroad Programs
Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to engage in summer study abroad.
Summer 2006 programs will be offered in:
- Guatemala
- Italy
- Spain
- France
