If you are an Art student seeking to complete an internship (ART 497) during the Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 semester, please click here to find the Internship Guide. Read the guide carefully.

Here is the link to the Internship Form at Adobe FormsCentral:

Once you have located an internship, complete the form and then print it. Have your internship supervisor (at the provider's location) sign the form. You then present it to Prof. Mitchell Bills (Internship Coordinator) in EA 216B, and to the Art Department Chair in EA 111A for departmental signatures. When the form is completed and signed, take it to the office of the Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences in EN A112. Please remember that you cannot receive credit for an internship unless it is pre-approved by the Art Department.

Once the dean's office approves your internship, they will notify the registrar, who will add the class to your schedule. Note that you cannot register directly for ART 497.
