If you are a transfer student who has transferred multiple Psychology courses to SCSU, you maybe eligible for acceptance even if you do not meet all of the requirements described above (in some cases, counting your transferred Psychology courses may help you reach eligibility). Find your transcript from the school you transferred from, and fill out the acceptance application and submit it. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptance into the major is crucial because there are a number of requirements in the major that are only open to accepted majors.

Being accepted into the program allows you to sign up for PSY 300 (The Psychology Major: Curriculum and Careers).

All students who meet the requirements for acceptance will be accepted.
