Dr. Lynn kwak's Bio
Dr. Lynn Kwak
Associate Professor of Marketing
Lynn Kwak holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University and an M.A. from the University
of Minnesota both in Retailing. She earned her B.A. in Product Development from Ewha
Women's University in Seoul, Korea.
Her teaching interests are in the areas of marketing management, retailing, and consumer
behavior. Her industry background includes, among other capacities, a managerial position
dealing with Hispanic clients in the Chicago area, where she supervised sales teams
and maintained customer relations.
She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Association for Consumer
Research, and the Society for Consumer Psychology. Her research focuses on multicultural
consumer buying behavior.
