Educational leadership is currently experiencing its "golden age" (Leithwood & Day, 2007), and we are committed to delivering high-quality, service-oriented professional programs to meet the needs of aspiring school leaders in Connecticut and beyond.
Gaps in achievement and other inequities demand the attention and informed action
of leaders equipped with the knowledge, skills, and passion to sustain successes and
improve the delivery of education from various setting perspectives: P-16 educational
institutions, government agencies, and education-affiliated organizations.
Ours is program that prepares school leaders to focus on systemic thinking; taking into account the needs of diverse learners and communities as they strive to improve student experiences and achievement. Our program develops practitioners grounded in the latest research prepared with the interpersonal and communication skills necessary for strong and powerful leadership.

the superintendency, public schools, non-charter and charter public schools, private
schools, and organizations concerned with, and involved in, research and evaluation.
