1. Mandatory Attendance - Internship Informational Meeting
   DEADLINE:          November/December 2012

2. Open Internship File
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, January 31st, 2013
   REQUIRED:    GPA check (minimum of 2.0) & updated resume

3. Internship Site Approval
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, April 4th, 2013

   REQUIRED:    Job description, agency name and address, contact person name & phone number/email address of contact person

4. File Complete
   DEADLINE: Thursday, April 18th, 2013
   REQUIRED:    Understanding Agreement complete and signed & Affiliation Agreement in progress

5. Internship Organizational Meeting
   DEADLINE:    During the last two weeks of classes, date TBA

400 lEVEL INTERNSHIP:

1. Mandatory Attendance - Internship Informational Meeting
   DEADLINE:          December 2012 - January 2013

2. Open Internship File
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, February 7th, 2013
   REQUIRED:    GPA check (minimum of 2.0), updated resume & completed portfolio check

3. Internship Site Approval
   DEADLINE:    Thursday, March 21st, 2013
   REQUIRED:    Job description, agency name and address, contact person name & phone number/email address of contact person

4. File Complete
   DEADLINE: Thursday, April 12th, 2013
   REQUIRED:    Understanding Agreement complete and signed & Affiliation Agreement in progress
