How to Request a Tax Transcript

  • Go to http://www.irs.gov
  • Click on Order a Return or Account Transcript under the Tools section
  • Complete the requested information:  social security number, date of birth and street address.
  • Under Type of Transcript select Return Transcript
  • Select 2012
  • Click Continue
  • A message will appear letting you know the status.
  • Once you have received the tax transcripts, sign the copies, write the student's ID number on it and submit it to the financial aid office
