Transfer student:  Advisement & Registration

Dear Transfer student:

Once you have been accepted to Southern Connecticut State University, you will receive a letter from the Academic Advisement Center inviting you to meet with an academic adviser. During this session, an academic adviser from our office will assist you in course selection for the upcoming semester. This appointment is mandatory to ensure that your first semester at Southern Connecticut State University is a success.

Before you can set up an appointment with the AAC, you must pay your binder fee and be cleared through our Health Services department. If you have any questions at all regarding health forms, please call the Health Services department at (203) 392-6300 or visit its Web site.

Once the above-mentioned requirements are met, it is imperative that you contact Trish Lenda to schedule an appointment for advisement, pre-registration/registration for your classes for the upcoming semester. Our hourly appointments are between 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call (203) 392-5533 to schedule an appointment.
