Announcing the Owl Choice Card for Student Refunds

Southern is launching a new way for students to receive their student account refunds, through the Owl Choice Card from Higher One. Southern has partnered with Higher ONe, Inc., a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to bring this new method of refund disbursement to campus. Through Higher One, Southern students will continue to have efficient, convenience and secure options for receiving their Financial Aid or school refunds.

Student's IRS Form 1098-T are available online for viewing/printing. Click here to learn more about this new feature.

 

About the Bursar's Office

The Bursar's Office is responsible for student billing and revenue collection.  In addition to collecting and posting payments on student's accounts, the Bursar's Office oversees monthly payment plans, financial aid refunds, Perkins Loan accounts, and the collection of past due tuition.  The Bursar's Office also processes refunds from over payments, class withdraws, university withdrawals and status changes.

The Cashier's Office is a part of the Bursar's Office and is located in the main lobby of the Wintergreen Building.
