Student Billing Schedule


Fall Semester

Spring Semester

May - First Fall eBill sent to students and authorized users

Dec - Spring eBill sent to students and authorized users

June - Second Fall eBill will be sent


July - Full payment is due the third week of July

Dec - Full payment is due the third week of December

Aug - Fall past due eBill will be sent;

A $50 late fee will be applied to past due student accounts;

A hold will be placed on all accounts with any outstanding balance;

Past due student accounts may be dropped for non-payment

Jan - Spring past due eBill will be sent;

a $50 late fee will be applied to past due student accounts;

A hold will be placed on all accounts with any outstanding balance;

Past due student accounts may be dropped for non-payment;

January 1 - FAFSA will be available on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov for the next academic year.

Sept - Fall past due eBill will be sent;

Students will have 30 days from second past due eBill date to make payment in full or go on a past due payment plan; after 30 days all accounts with an outstanding balance will be sent to collections;

Past due student accounts may be dropped for non-payment

Feb -  Spring past due eBill will be sent;

Students will have 30 days from second past due eBill date to make payment in full or go on a past due payment plan; after 30 days all accounts with an outstanding balance will be sent to collections;

Past Due student accounts may be dropped for non-payment;

Summer Financial Aid Application will be available. Students must register for 6 credits to be eligible for Summer Financial Aid

Nov - All previously billed accounts with an outstanding balance for the Fall semester will be sent to collections

Mar - All previously billed accounts with an outstanding balance for the Spring semester will be sent to collections
