Payment Plan (AMS) Questions

 

My Financial Aid award came in, is my AMS plan automatically cancelled?
No. You must make arrangements through AMS to cancel your monthly payment plan. Please visit www.tuitionpay.com or call AMS (800) 635-0120 directly.

 

I have received a bill from Southern - I am paying my bills by AMS, should I disregard the bill?
No. You should first check your current statement online to see if any payments have been credited to your account from AMS. If you see no credited payments, you should then contact AMS to check on the status of your payment plan and/or Bursar Office representative Barbara Zalot at (203) 392-5327 or via e-mail at zalotb1@southernct.edu.
