Not Yet Selected a Refund Preference

If you lost your Owl Choice Card and did not select your refund preference, please contact the University Card Office at 203-392-7077 to report your card lost and to have a new Owl Choice Card reissued. 

Previously Selected a Refund Preference

If you lost your Owl Choice Card and previously selected your refund preference or have a OneAccount, please contact Higher One Customer Care at 877-261-9370 to report your card lost and to have a replacement Owl Choice Card sent to you.
