SCSU VA Request for Enrollment Certification
The Request for Enrollment Certification to the Veterans Administration must be completed each academic year by those students utilizing a veteran educational benefit. Students provide information to the Bursar's Office in order to receive their educational benefit certification through the VA.
Completed forms should be returned to the SCSU Bursar's Office, located in the Wintergreen Building.
