Paper reduction
There has been a 72% reduction in paper usage in the computer labs due to the introduction of pay to print (5 cents a page) and duplex (2-sided) printing.
Due to the vast decrease in computer paper usage printer/ink toner purchases have decreased and the need for printer repair and replacement has decreased.
