Intramurals – Sign Up and Forms

New in the fall of 2011, we converted our process for intramural sign-up online!
Simply click on the link below to fill out the form as either a Free Agent or a Team!
Additionally, prior to participation in any intramural activity, every person must fill out both an Assumption of Risk form and a Beneficiary form.  Please fill out these two forms and either return them to the Office of Campus Recreation in the Adanti Student Center, Room 227 or bring them to the first night of each specific sport.  Please note that these forms must be completed for each activity you participate in.
