The Center for Career Services will ascertain the appropriateness  of all full time, part time and coop/internship position announcements submitted for Southern students and alumni. Employers will be informed in a timely manner if a request, which must provide accurate information, has been approved for posting.

 

The Center for Career Services at Southern Connecticut State University reserves the right to determine if a third party request will be granted and will only consider one for  review  if the establishment identifies the employer they represent to the Career Center for internal purposes. Third party postings  include positions from the following categories (but are not limited to): Employment Agencies, Search Firms, Contract Recruiters and Resume Referral Firms. Employers must explicitly agree not to share or sell student and/or alumni information. If applicable, any fee payment must be clearly stated, although the Center frowns upon this practice with regard to Southern students who predominately are new to the post graduation job search process. We recognize that  third party establishments could expand  job search opportunities for Southern students as they embark upon their desired careers.
