Using MySCSU

Students who wish to participate in the Chemistry Club will be required to access their MySCSU accounts in order to join the club. The site can be found in the Groups section of MySCSU under the academic clubs listing. Students should logon using their account and password so that they can "join the club" by simply clicking on the JOIN CLUB icon. If they have logged on their information will automatically be registered on the group list so that they will receive important e-mails regarding club activities, meetings etc.. Students wishing to post information, photos, etc. can do so by contacting Dr. Lesley, Dr. Kowalczyk or Kate Koscak (club secretary). Access has also been granted to the club president, Robert Nicholson, in order to update the group calendar and message sites. The site is operational and is in the process of being completed to include important chemistry links and club minutes.

 Students who do not know their account (login) name can obtain this information by going to bannerweb.southernct.edu and entering the required information. (login = social security number; password = birthdate (mmddyy)). Students should then logon to MySCSU using the login they have obtained above with the birthdate as the password (mmddyy). Students should then change their password. If a student already done this and has forgotten their password they must contact the Helpdesk (ext. 25123) to reset the password.
