Vice President John Londa chaired meeting due to absence of President Charles Tirrell.

•  Agenda and minutes from previous meeting were distributed.

•  Membership sign-up sheet was distributed.

•  Reminder to check facebook.com, and mySCSU groups, and physics club homepage: http://www.southernct.edu/clubs/physics.

•  Members where encouraged to join SPS. Benefits of SPS membership were discussed, as well as annual cost ($20).

•  Secretary's report: a brief review of previous meeting's minutes.

•  Tresurer's report: discussion of budget

- $200 cap placed on promotional material

- $600 declined on trip, for lack of trip details
