HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR ADVISEMENT APPOINTMENT:

  1. Be on time for your appointment.
  2. Bring a a copy of your planned program and your degree evaluation form with you to the appointment and be prepared to discuss any changes that have occurred with your advisor.
  3. If you are a first semester freshman, the CMD advisor will discuss our undergraduate program with you and will provide you with information regarding the academic criteria needed to become a major in the department.
  4. If you are a transfer student, bring your transcript(s) from all of your former institution(s) with you to your advisement meeting.
