LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Pursuant to Article 10.4 of the Agreement of August 29, 1997, between The Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors, Inc., and the Board of Trustees for The Connecticut State University, the parties recognize that the following list of credit hour allocation for Athletic Trainers at Southern Connecticut State University reflects an equitable and appropriate distribution of workload credit.

The parties agree that the credit hour allocations listed below shall be the normal assignment of workload credits for an academic year for each head athletic trainer and each assistant athletic trainer listed. However, if said assignment should cause difficulties in the Exercise Science program, the Vice President of Academic Affairs, in consultation with the affected member and the chairperson of the Exercise Science Department shall be empowered to reduce the credit hour allocations:
